We are searching for an experienced and motivated Loyalty & Retention Manager.

About the role.
Reporting to the Loyalty and Retention Director, the Loyalty & Retention Manager plays an important role in helping the department reach its business objectives. Specifically, the Loyalty & Retention Manager creates, executes and contributes to departmental initiatives that reactivate dormant customers and increase lifetime value. The role requires the ability to understand the customer and most importantly their relationship to our client?s products. The ideal candidate has experience with multi-tier points based loyalty programs, retention programs and has good overall business savvy.

Required Skills and Experience.

? Formal education: B-Comm, marketing or business degree.
? 2+ years of experience managing marketing projects
? Experience working with data mining, call centers, mail shops, and creative teams.
? Experience in points based loyalty programs
? Excellent knowledge of US & International Sports, Poker and Casino games.
? High level of proficiency in MS suite.
? Understanding of retention analytics and data mining.
? Outstanding writing skills with extraordinary attention to detail
